I want it in this color combination:
Or in yellow. Yellow would be good too...
White might work...

I was unsure about that silver/grey until I saw the red interior, then it became perfect.

That is one of my favorites. I’m a sucker for red or Bordeaux.
I passed on this 328 in 2013:
Although I like driving my 348 better, I will forever kick myself. I
mentioned
this car a few other times, but damn, I could have beat the curve. Damn student loans haha

Damn nice combo. Mine will have a roof, and look like this:

Red, tan interior, targa, full Magnum spec.
I don’t care how corny it is. It’s a fun car for fun and I don’t care if I’m modelling myself off a TV show.
Also the TV show stopped airing before I was born so that makes it hipster? Or cool? Or something?

Not bad at all. I, too, would prefer the GTB, but there are so relatively few out there.

Have you watched the show? It’s still good after all these years, and my DVR still records it. I loved it for multiple reasons besides the location, writing and acting, namely the 308, the Vanagon and the Hughes 500; I used to work for Hughes Aircraft (and was almost transferred to Hawaii for a year or two) and once owned a Vanagon, so I’m just a 308 away from a hat trick.

The 308 GTB/ 288 GTO is quite possibly the best-looking Ferrari ever.

IT’S YOUR LUCKY DAY, SIR.
Sure, it’s not a 308, but it’s close enough, right? It starts with a 3 and ends in an 8.

Agreed. The 288 is probably the finest of that line, and dare I say, even more attractive than the F40. I fell in love when I first read about the 308 in Road & Track back in 1976, and even today I still have the July 1978 R&T that featured a silver and red 308 GTS.
I might be willing to live with a 288 replica, as long as it was done right and had the chassis stretched and engine turned longitudinally. Like the BMW M1 or McLaren F1, I'd almost be afraid to own an original.

I have, I watched it all around 2013. I really liked it.
Haha, man that’s cool! I had a Z31 300ZX around the time, not too far away from Rick’s 280ZX!
The cars in that show are a big part of the reason I’m into targa and t-tops. And I’d love to go to O’ahu, but it’s difficult and expensive for an Australian.

That looks really nice. If you have seen one in the flesh lately, not only are they beautiful, they look really compact next to most modern cars, even modern sports and GT cars, another plus in my book.
